How it works
From file to finished figure, in five steps.
- Send us your file linkThrough the quote form, with the size, quantity and finish you want, and your delivery country.
- We check the fileMesh, thin parts, orientation and supports. If anything looks wrong, we tell you before starting.
- You get your quotePrice, shipping and lead time confirmed. Production starts once you approve and pay.
- Printing and post-processingResin printing at 35 to 50 micron layers, cleaning, UV post-curing, support removal, then painting if you chose it.
- DeliveryTracked shipping worldwide, or local pickup near Nantes, France.
Preparing your files
- Give us the final height or scale you want. Not sure? Check the scale guide.
- If the figure comes in several parts, send them all, ideally in a single ZIP.
- Very thin elements (spears, swords, fingers) are more fragile at small sizes: a slightly larger size can be safer.
- Is your file pre-supported? Let us know: we use it as is or adjust the supports if needed.
Purchased files and printing rights
Many files are sold with a license that defines what you can do with them (personal use, commercial use…). By ordering, you confirm you hold the rights needed to have the model printed for your intended use. Files you send are used only for your order.
International orders
Prism Forge ships worldwide from France with tracking. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your country and are included in your quote. For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes are charged by your country's customs and paid by the recipient.
Frequently asked questions
What if my file has an issue?
Every file is checked before printing. If something is wrong (broken mesh, a part too thin for the requested size), we let you know and agree on the best solution before printing.
How much does it cost to print a figure?
It mostly depends on size and finish. The estimator gives you a price range in seconds; the final quote is confirmed after checking your file.
Can you paint the figure?
Yes, with a Base or Standard finish, plus advanced options on request. See the painting page.
Can I write to you in English?
Of course. Quote requests can be written in English or French.
